Just Some Fun

It's good to have fun! For the last 7 months our family has been in a huge 825mi transition complete with lots of frequent trips to the airport and an endless sea of boxes. Not much has been fun about it and we are glad it's over. Now that our family is all together and we are settling in our home, we are definitely carving out time together. Time together always = fun!

So, Evan had his first trip to McDonalds for a Happy Meal this past week! He at 'chicken' nuggets (are they really chicken?! hmm....) and fries, and loved every second of it.

We have been busy playing in our backyard on the swing set. When we told the kids we were moving, their only, only request was that they had a yard. In PA, we lived in a beautiful town home. but it did not have a yard. We are so thankful to have one now. Not as thankful as the kids though! They are all enjoying planting flowers, and digging up worms. We are also going to start a garden this week. It is so nice to have a home with a yard...I can't even tell ya. Ours is teensy-weensy, but it's great! We love it!

Swim lessons have also been a TON of fun. They started just a few days after Evan came home, but we decided to stick him in class anyway. I was nervous, but had no reason to be...he's doing great.

Oh my...does he have the corner on cute or what?!

All of your kids have the corner on cute! I just love seeing the pictures of your THREE kids TOGETHER! :)
Sarah and Jason are taking swimming lessons this summer. I'm sure Sarah will be ready to jump right in, just like sweet Evan!

Love the picture of the 3 together! Hey, I'd love to connect with some believing adoptive mothers in my area. Do you know of any Christian ladies around Phoenixville who have adopted from China?
